🌟 Join Us for the Rainbow Warrior Bootcamp! 🌟
Embark on a transformative fitness journey with our Rainbow Warrior Bootcamp on July 28th, from 1-4 PM. Set in the serene agricultural oasis in Homestead, Florida, this event is crafted for children aged 5-12 to build stamina, strength, and confidence. With the guidance of highly experienced instructors, children will engage in fitness routines, Qi Gong, and an introduction to boxing, all while connecting with nature.
Activities and Learning: Children will participate in a variety of activities designed to promote physical health, mental clarity, and emotional balance. The session includes fitness routines and exercises, a Qi Gong session led by Daniel Hernandez, and an introduction to boxing by Mr. Gato and Daniel. The immersive experience on the land will also help children connect deeply with nature.
